  Does your window slide open, or does it pivot out (like a casement window)? If you're looking for parts to try to fix it yourself, check out [www.swisco.com](https://www.swisco.com) . I bought parts from there for my windows. I've called Unique Glass and Door LLC Jersey City (201) 618 7182 for a quote, and they were reasonable (\~$350) compared to a couple other quotes I got. I eventually decided to just fix it myself since it didn't seem that hard, I had time, and why not? Hope this helps.
