  Greetings, I'm a self taught, amateur herbalist & an avid gardener in Newfield. I'm wondering whether any of you can reccomend a book/on-line resource that fits the description of my ideal guide...a seasonal or month by month listing of plants to wildcraft - specific to this region/area. It would include picture identification, how to properly harvest, dry, & prepare, uses & any other important information, i.e. how & how long plants should be stored... Any ideas? Also, I wonder whether there are any herbalists in the area who offer medicinal plant identification walks on people's private property. I would love to have someone with a trained eye go for a long walk with me on our land...
