  If you don't mind driving to Cardiff, Ruth the Sports Physio at David Lloyds Gym is AMAZING! She has her own space there, 4 of my family members have used her & she cured my own recent whiplash (pothole!!) & stress neck & back pain, & my sister Sue Martin has been to see her this week after doing SOTF & the half-marathon. I know she'd highly recommend her too. Just in case, her number is 02920 464847.
