  Hi can anyone tell me the history of The Three Horseshoes pub in Wheathampstead Hertfordshire. I know my mum was born in the now gone cottages that were next to it and that I have a family connection to it but the only names I can remember were two old ladies called Sue and vie but not sure how we are connected as I don't know their surnames. They ran the pub when I was small. Can anyone help please

  As on Kevan's link above, it was the Gray family who ran the Three Horse Shoes (from not later than 1886 to not before 1937) and their is a bit more information on 'Families of Wheathampstead' including another Herts pub run by a family member and an email address (image) for a descendent http://www.wheathampstead.net/families/page2.htm
