  No David a certificate not a legal requirement, however how do you prove your testing? Certificates supplied if requested before the test, at no extra charge for youth groups. Please people, ask I don't charge to ask me questions, and it is what I do for a living! PAT testing and condition reports are vital to prove you are complying to HSE regs.
