You would think for paying 600.00 they would replace it!!!!!! But NO the lady Kesha who finally answered the phone this morning was RUDE and told me too bad and argued with me saying they have called me several times and left messages, I had her look up my phone number which is correct in their system so that's NOT possible!!!! She just kept arguing with me and I told her I wanted to speak with someone else and she told me NO, I told her I will keep calling back until someone else answers and she laughed and said too bad because that won't happen!!! I asked the office manager Trish to call me and she was extremely rude as well and told me too bad we wish you well. She said its only warrantied for 4 months! This is INSANE! I'm contacting the BBB and trying to get my money back to go to another dentist!!!! DONT GO THERE OR TRUST THEM!
