  Hi everyone, I've got a question regarding music licensing. Recently a music supervisor agency approached me to work with them( Stock music/ Library Company in Germain)I'm with SOCAN. Basically If my music gets played in either,commercials, trailers, movies etc. They will pay the license directly to me.The share is 50/50 for royalties and licenses.. Where as if it's a T.V play apparently SOCAN will pay me the royalties. I'm wondering if there's anything I should request weather to change the 50/50to 40/60 or 50/70. Seeing as they would have full rights(Being exclusive and all). Can any one point out a few facts things to keep in mind,I'm opened to any suggestions! I am planning on seeing a Lawyer about this(Have to play it safe!). Could any one be as kind to point out, really good library agencies?!
