  Form LA did the design for City Hall (but Casa Bonita also looks great, by the way). http://www.formlainc.com.

  Yes, the landscaping design was done by the wonderful folks at FormLA www.formlainc.com. FormLA also provided the plants which were planted by volunteers. The grading and irrigation installation was accomplished by the Public Works crew. SAVE THE DATE - October 21 st there will be a community event to showcase the project 2 years after the planting party. Details are still being worked out but I am excited about it!
