Paper Space was formed in January 2015 by I, Lindsey Best.
I love all things colourful, quirky and i'm also a fan of all things sugary!
Here at Paper Space HQ I create everything you see on the website and in the photo albums with a little help from my machinery and supplies.
I offer a wide range of design and print services and a variety of unique gifts for all occasions.

P.S Below is all the yawnworthy but vitallly important policies and shipping information.
All items will be posted to the address listed within your etsy account if ordered via Etsy as provided on the order receipt or to the paypal address if you order via sending payment to paypal after Facebook messaging. Please ensure your address is up to date, I cannot be held responsible for non receipt if you have not updated your address details. Nor can I issue refunds for items returned to me because of this.
Orders are posted with a variety of postal methods depending upon the size and weight of your order and also your location.
Where possible I use royal mail, however heavier items and some international orders can only be sent via courier and I always select the most cost effective method for you and I.
If you require a specific postal method or an upgrade to a faster shipping method please contact me via message PRIOR to placing an order to discuss your preferred option and I will provide a quote for that particular service.
**I OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE FOR ALL ORDERS AND WHERE APPLICABLE YOU WILL BE SENT A TRACKING CODE.**
All TURNAROUND TIMES are listed in product descriptions/listings on Etsy and are amended as and when workloads change. These are working days Monday-Friday and this is the time taking from receiving the order to me taking it to post (not the time you will receive it in).
UK BUYERS - please allow 10 working days from the date I dispatch... show more your order (unless you've purchased special delivery or discussed a specific courier upgrade with me).
EU buyers - please allow 14 working days.
REST OF THE WORLD - please allow 25 working days. Also note if it gets customs checked (I cannot control this) then it may take longer than this.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
I am not responsible for any customs charges you may incur, I am a UK seller, please check with your customs control departments prior to purchase to ensure you know about any charges.
I will not mark parcels as gifts as this is illegal and all charges are your responsibility as the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
1. If for any reason the Buyer is unhappy with a product from our range of predesigned stock (Not including personalised/bespoke items that are made to order or digital downloads) and it is purchased from Paper Space, under the distance selling regulations the Buyer may cancel their order for a full refund up to 30 days after receipt of the Goods (THIS APPLIES TO EU BUYERS ONLY in accordance with the consumer rights act). I do not offer cancellations or refunds to buyers outside the EU unless the item is faulty (Please read point 4 below).
2. The Buyer must inform Paper Space of their decision to cancel or return the order in writing by either post or email.
3. The Goods must be returned to Paper Space in the same condition that they were sent at the Buyerās expense within 14 days of a refund been agreed and the buyer must retain proof of purchase. Return postage will be at your expense unless returning a faulty item. The Buyer will be responsible for any Goods that have been damaged in transit when being returned so must ensure that the Goods are well packaged in the same way they were sent to you to avoid damage occurring.
4. If returning faulty goods, you must inform me via etsy message of the fault upon receipt of the item and no later than 14 days of receipt of the item. I will need photographic evidence of the fault and dependent upon the item value and your location I may need it returning to inspect the fault and pursue a claim via the postal service if the fault is due to damage in transit. We will discuss the method of postage to be used to return the item and I will reimburse you for the return postage, if the fault lies with myself or the postal services. I will then provide an exchange of the item or a refund. If the fault on the Goods is found to be because the Buyer has incorrectly purchased the wrong design, style or size of product, then Paper Space will not be liable for any cost to replace the product or have the product returned.
5. Any refunds can only be made back to the original payment method used to make the purchase and will only be made one the product is returned and inspected.
7. We are unable to offer refunds on personalised items unless faulty. Orders for bespoke items are not covered under the distance selling regulations and as such do not have a cooling off period once payment has been made. Please ensure you have entered the correct details for all personalised orders at time of purchase.

The Buyer must understand that colours in the images displayed within my store may vary slightly from the colours on the product. This is because colours vary from screen to screen. Colours may also vary from print to print and across various product ranges due to the handmade nature and various print techniques used. We strongly advise that if the Buyer is unsure of colours to request a colour sample prior to placing an order.
For personalised items, details such as names, dates, venue details etc will be copied and pasted from note to seller and messages you provide through Etsy, Facebook or paypal. Please make sure these are correct as I cannot be liable for any mistakes due to incorrect details been provided/typing errors.
Please make sure you provide the personalised details at checkout or via message straight after purchase to avoid delays to creating your order.
If you are ordering business stationery that requires text, if no colour or font style preference is provided I will print text in black text.
If you require a proof/draft of your stationery please request this and await confirmation PRIOR to placing an order, as this may incur a sample fee.
