  Im not sure any more,,most people rip off the vets that try and help,,,so not many will put out free, pay me later any more...you can try Dougall Avenue Veterinary Hospital?...519-969-3020,, but I doubt it..

  519-969-3020 for the Dougall Ave. Vet Hospital. They are VERY reasonably priced and truly care.

  Dougall Avenue Veterinary Hospital. They are a wonderful Indian couple and are thorough. They were part of a free spay/neuter clinic for stray cats, but they love ALL animals. 3020 Dougall. Close enough to us. Hang a left into the plaza just after Kfc and before walmart. The last storefront of the plaza. They are great.
