  I have lived here for 7 years. I would try the Best Western Mardi Gras at 3500 S. Paradise Road. I live across the street from it at the Las Palmas Apartmrnts... Their phone: 702.731.2020 I don't know the rates but--it's off the strip yet VERY centrally located. I do know for a fact they DO have a meeting room exactly the size you require. Hope this helps...
