Can someone link a reputable store where I can buy a gallon of special effects grade (low ammonia) liquid latex? I'm looking to cast some masks and apply some zombie prosthetics. Thanks in advance!
Hello All, I am needing to buy non-sulfer clap (plasticene I think is the name) and I am needing to buy mabe a gallon bucket worth (for clay shims on silicon mold). Does any one know a web site that...

John, Have a look at http://www.sculpt.com I haven't ordered from them yet, but the president of the company is a regular on this list. They carry Klean Klay, which is what I've always used for mold-making. So far, knock on wood, I've never had any problems with it inhibiting the curing of silicones. Another possibility would be a chain arts & crafts store (Pearl, A.C. Moore, Michael's, etc). Sometimes you get lucky and can get a great price, even if that means having to buy dozens of the 1 lb packs. Best regards,
The sulfur free clays are as follows Klean Klay - http://www.sculpt.com/catalog_98/clay/kleanklay.htm Chavant NSP - http://www.sculpt.com/catalog_98/clay/Chavant/chavantindex.htm#nsp Chavant LBT - http://www.sculpt.com/catalog_98/clay/Chavant/chavantindex.htm#lbt Roma Prima - http://www.sculpt.com/catalog_98/clay/roma.htm Please let me know if you need more information about the differences between them. And Steve is correct that most of the kids plastilenes are sulfur free as well. Polyform and Aamaco both have them at standard craft shops.
