  You need to talk to Bill Erickson of Bechtel Frank Erickson here in Lexington, http://www.bfearc.com/ They're one of the top architectural firms not only in lexington but in the region.? They do great work at fair rates, and between my wife (one of the top realtors in town) and myself we've recommended them to several people, always with great results. Jeff
