I chose reddit intentionally because my neighbors know me on the other social empires (EB / NextDoor) and for personal reasons I wish to remain anonymous. I would like someone who has experience finding foreclosures and is trustworthy. I would like to find a home that I am able to support on one income. My next home doesn't necessarily have to be IN the GreatNWSide, but that would be ideal. Any recommendations of a honest, trustworthy realtor who has experience in this area would be great.   I recommend Lee Diamond or Carrie Weston from Big Shoulders Realty; they are based in Jeff Park. http://bigshouldersrealty.com/ They helped us find our single family home on the NW side. They both are super competent and are both very nerdy about old homes (I mean that as a compliment). Also they are both very candid and not afraid to call something out. When it comes to actually locating a prospect they are fairly hands off. They will set up the search engine as per your parameters. If you have questions, they will find out answers. If you see something that you like, they will setup a visit and will work closely with you from that point on.

  Lolita, Not sure if you are buying or selling. I have worked for Carrie Weston, in painting and doing general maintenance for property that she sells and noticed that they sell relatively fast, not sure if it is my wonderful work (hehe) or her charm and knowledge about the property.
