  Reeca, For a handyman, I recommend Doug Airey - 913-853-0359. He has worked on several of my rehabs. He does a good job & charges a fair price. He worked for me while I was out of town for a month. I had no problem paying him without seeing the work he had done because I knew it would be done right. The plumber I recommend is Mike Walberg (913-961-4643). Hope this helps. Eric
