  Hi Ian, As far as I can tell the best high end house inspector is Tim Kallmer (512) 608-9400 info@... Also I'd recommend a separate Septic Inspection by a Septic company. I don't have a one in particular but if you call Austin septic supply company I'm sure they can give you 3 to 4 great inspectors. ARtie
