  A friend of my daughter is in a bit of a pickle and I don't have any experience with this so I thought I'd ask for some guidance. She is a 19 year old college freshman in need of a minor dental surgery. Her father is deceased and her mother is in prison. This girl is doing it all on her own. She has no insurance and can not afford the surgery (approximately $300). Are there programs to help her? Is there a dentist who will do the surgery and take payments? Anyone know of anything that can help her?
