Just terminated my relationship with Western Saddlery Inc, in Pleasenton, Ca. as I ordered two cases of the product on 5/18 with a request for personal delivery by my NEW Rep and called today to see when would it be delivered and was told they had sold the boxes with my name on them and were out of stock and did not know who sold them or when next shipment would be in and offered me free shipping when it did come in..... not too hard to offer free shipping on something you don't have and don't know when it will come in.... they were just matter of fact and did not really seem to care very much to me ???? perhaps just my perception since I was so disappointed..... I expressed my disappointment politely and am now looking elsewhere for a more reliable supplier..... I ordered the two cases specifically because I had heard the product was having trouble with supply and I have used the product since 1985 and really like it...... needless to say I
