  Here is a link to the shop at Just Yoga: http://www.justyoga.ca/yoga-blocks--equipment.html 2 for $21 is the price and I believe they are the 3" depth. As Hailey mentioned, she is in at noon, but I'm happy to check when I am there tonight as well, to confirm the size if you need :)

  Depends which blocks. The brick ones (solid, non-chip, non-cloth) can be purchased at Just Yoga (Broadway and quebec) for 2 for $20 I believe. Most definitely a small business trying to stay afloat to offer something special and unique to the city.
