  Brian Chin at L&S Electric is THE guy! He does not think twice about working in older homes and is a really personable trustworthy guy. The only drawback is that he is so good that there is sometimes a wait to get him over. However he was just at my house yesterday and I didn't have to wait so maybe you'll get lucky too. Brian has been around as long as I've owned my house and I would not think of using anyone else. He is also one of the few certified Casa Blanca ceiling fan repairmen in our area.
