  La Luma, they own La Luma Academy it's downtown, I think it's Douglas Street, the small street that kinda runs beside Old quebec Street mall...it has Red Brick Cafe on it... - I have been going there, they are amazing - up to date and always learning and I have never been disappointed, and cheap too 519-8216700.
