  We use Geeks on Call and they have saved us from near disaster several times. 1-800-905-4335. They come to your house and fix it there. We have always had great results with Geeks on Call. ( I've tried supposedly cheaper places that you take your computer to and it always takes them so long that it costs more even though their hourly charge may be less.) Merryl
