  Boy, I know what you mean. I went to the web sites of 3 companies and I finally got a response from Viking Fence about a month later. I love my new fence. It is very well made and looks beautiful. I used Capitol Fence (www.capitolfenceaustin.com) I sent a request one Friday night from their web site and was contacted the very next day I highly recommend them !! Regards,
