Any recommendations for a good place to buy fresh cut flowers for the house? I have just been grabbing them at Kroger when I shop but the selection is limited.

Wendy Briones Reimann I guarantee Deeanna at Whole Foods Market will be the most creative florist you will find in North Texas grocery stores. The price will be right also! Call her 972 538 9710.You will love it or it will be free!
I need recommendations where is the best place to get your meats, chicken, fish etc? That are antibiotic free and don't have bad stuff and are reasonable priced

I live in Sandy...but for grassfed beef, I usually go to Real Foods (the one in Sugarhouse is closer to me now...but there is one in Orem). Their grassfed ground beef is generally the cheapest anyway. Canyon Meadows Ranch is generally cheaper when it c omes to roasts (and is sold at a store right down the street from my house)...but I'm not sure where (or even if) they're sold in Utah County. I know you can order from them online though if need be. I generally get my chicken from Whole Foods (the ones I get are Step 4...so they should've been eating somewhat what chickens are supposed to eat and living outdoors, etc.; http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/.../animal-welfare-standards ). As you can see, I shop around quite a bit. We've got food intolerances (Celiac with cross-reactions to all grains, dairy, legumes, and potato) and a somewhat limited budget...so I stock up when I can to save on gas. They do sell beef, pork, AND chicken at Real Foods...but some of it's not the best prices IME (though some of it is...I render my own beef tallow and get the beef fat from Real Foods in addition to the grass-fed ground beef...as well as soup bones for stocks...and we get the raw milk there for my youngest too). They also have the "never ever" meats (no antibiotics, etc.) at Harmon's...but, again, not the best prices in my experience.
Are any of your children lactose intolerant? My youngest is. Could recommend a good alternative?

Brands that are dairy free; Almond dream, Enjoy life, Redwood hill farm, Pacific brand foods, Rice dream, SO delicious, Meyenberg, Laloo's Lara bar, Daiya cheese. Rice, almond, coconut or soy milk as a milk alternative. you just have to try them out to see which ine your child will like best. Coconut milk ice cream is AMAZING because coconuts are very high in fat so the ice cream is creamier than almond or rice ice cream. Www.Godairyfree.com Living without magazine.
