  Michelle F. wrote: The rep, Brett, came out to my place last week. Came right away after I contacted him, and Only charged me a nominal fee, all things considered, for the service call. Great. However same problem happened the next day. When I followed up to ask about what the cost would be for him to come back out, and whether there was any warranty, he told me he thinks I should talk with someone else. I’ve tried calling and texting with no response. I will never use this company again. Very unprofessional.
