  Hey neighbours - Some plumbing has given up this morning and it seems I have a bit of a drippy situation with the ceiling in the main floor. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good clean repair? Notably: 1) this part of the ceiling looks like it had been mended before (we moved in last year). 2) the shower has been draining slowly this week. Sorting that out might stop the water from overwhelming the fault in the pipe, but I’d like to deal with this so it doesn’t happen again. 3) I know it’s a bad paint job, I didn’t do it - don’t judge me :) Thanks x 1,000 !
