  I've used Park Lane Plumbing to fix the clog in my bathroom sink, they were really nice/professional. Cost $250 which might be on the more expensive side of things but they are fully insured/licensed and have experience in condos. http://parklaneplumbing.ca/ (and i had feedback from someone else in my bldg who said they had a good experience with them after I recommended them)
