I pay $100 for highlights and cut and need to stay in this price range I can send pics that will help you see the cut and I may be able to guide you somewhat. The cut in my profile pic is my current one. Right now my hair is a total disaster as I got out of the hospital two weeks ago with pneumonia in both lungs and am WAY overdue for a color and cut.
