1. Your home needs to be picked up if there is too much clutter or a shut door we will assume you do not want us to clean that area
2. If there are cleaners you would prefer us to use they need to be set out.
3. We do not do dishes, paint, laundry, run errands, or cook. (we can suggest to you someone who can)
4. Cleaning inside fridge, oven or windows are an extra charge.
5. We do not clean up animal waste.
6. We will bring our own cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaners.
7. First time cleaning will be a deep cleaning service and will be charged accordingly.
8. Each home will be inspected and assessed for pricing.
9. If you want us to clean under heavy furniture you need to move it for us.
