  Go to www.preventalitter.com (PALS) and fill out the form. They will email you a voucher to get them fixed for free up to 3 animals and you can use it anywhere that will accept the voucher.. Emancipet is not free unless you live in Austin or have a voucher from prevent a litter (PALS)

  First off, fill out an application for a voucher here: http://www.preventalitter.com/ If you qualify, and you probably will, because most people do (I did), it will pay for your spay at King's Highway. You will only have to pay for a rabies shot if you don't already have one that is documented. Also, they were super nice at King's Highway. Source: I just went through this process about 2 weeks ago.
