Hi Ladies,
I have been on a diet for almost two weeks now and I am starting this new diet because I have had a lot of illnesses that I think might be caused by the food I eat. I have taken a food intolerance test and there are a lot of things I have to cut from my diet. I know that some of us may have differing opinions on food intolerance tests but please be kind. Things I have to cut out include: dairy, gluten, egg whites, oats, yeast, rice and almonds. My question to you is do you have any recommendations for restaurants that would fit my new dietary needs?
