  John, I used Homegaurd Insulation ph # 815-397-6858. They insulated a 4 family for me that was brick. He did it as each each apt came vacant over a period of several years. It was done well, and reasonable. He missed a spot, then came back & did it at no extra charge - w/ no problems Steve Califf
