  Well, I just attended a baby shower and the cake was from Vons Grocery. It wasn't lardy. It was pretty darn buttercream yummy. The closest Vons to the Gold Coast is located at 4610 West Sahara Avenue. Costco is good too, Nikki. Or a bit pricier, but not as expensive as Freed's is Marie's Gourmet Bakery at 2600 West Sahara Avenue, Ste 100 (less than 2-1/2 miles from the Gold Coast)Here's their website: http://www.mariesgourmetbakery.com
