The rain over the weekend revealed some leaks in our roof (we moved in this past spring). I'm looking for roofer recommendations, need bid for repairs and replacement.

Cornerstone Roofing did my house, after I'd seen their work on a near neighbor's house. One CAUTION with any re-roofer: Whe they pull up the old roofing they also pull the bath fan ducts loose at the fans. You need to be soure that reconnected, otherwise you'll have moist air blowing up in your attic spaces. Also consider installing a thermostatically controlled attic fan (suggest an on/off switch below, for the times you want the fan off, and not automated). That attic fan will lower your heat-buildup in the attic, thereby helping to cool your house. Check online for "Broan attic fans". They have a solar version, but I vent with a 120 v model. http://www.cornerstoneroofing.com/
