  Regarding the cocktails, not so much dancing part: I was in Budapest only for a few days last year, but enough to make me want to go back (which I'm doing) and enough to be able to find this little gem: http://dunaparkkavehaz.com. Classy and relaxed, good service, sometimes with live (not conversation-impairing) music in the evening. Edit: sorry, I'd missed the "rowdier" bit.
