THEN on site plumber said part was found in south dallas and all he had to do was pick it up. BUT dispatcher said they had to find a source foe the part. I was then placed at the end of the queue for the return visit to install the part. Today is return visit and plumber is now 2.25 hours LATE and I am told by the company that I am too dificult to work with and making marissas job just too hard to do... So I figure if she is so over worked a few negative reviews should help relieve some of that over work...

  That is the most cost effective way to handle this if he can dig around the riser whether it's on the spot plumbing or any other plumber that is the most expensive part is the digging regardless just know that the plumber whoever it is will have to pull a permit through the city because atmos will not turn it back on unless its green tag by a city inspector
