  The Yoga Place that Claire Simpson mentioned and the one at Hartley Business Centre that Michelle Khalil mentioned are the same place. I wasn't a fan of The Yoga Place, it was too 'active' for me and I was a bit out numbered by men - although not everyone would see that as a bad thing! I think it's like the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears - you try a few until you find one that is 'just right' for you. Happy yoga :-)

  The yoga place on Haydn road is Wed eves 6.30-7.45 for beginners. It's a 6 week course for £42 (i think) and they start again next week. He goes through everything really slowly and gently and makes me fall asleep at the end! It's my non-mama time each week that keeps me sane! X
