  Help! Is there a carpet cleaning company that guarantees pet odor removal? We recently moved and there are previous pet urine odors in the carpet that will NOT come out! I'm losing my mind cleaning it over and over. I've used a commercial grade carpet cleaner on 4 sepaprate days in the past 3 weeks and have gone back and forth over the areas at least 70+ times total and have used 2.5 gallons of vinegar and tried baking soda to neutralize the smell with no luck!
