Email: Yadira.Muniz@carringtonms.com, Bruce.Rose@carringtonms.com, Patty.Sullivan@carringtonms.com, advocates@carringtonms.com, April.Keith@carringtonms.com, and default_coll_preserv@carringtonms.com Yadira Muniz is the Customer Advocate Manager. Patty Sullivan is the Director of PR. April Keith is the Cash Ops Supervisor (payment posting). Bruce Rose is the CEO. The other 2 emails are from the BBB website. I would also file a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General. I would include the CFPB complaint info in the email to all of those people. They take those complaints very seriously, bc the CFPB can investigate and fine them.
