  I am also a mother of three children and we have been using Dr. Nelms over at the childrens clinic of katy 281-829-6860. I really like this doctor alot. I also like the nurse practitioner that is there as well. I hope this helps. He is located off of fry road in the medical buildings behind Christus St. Catherine.
