  OK folks - now that we've arrived in Angus I nee your help. I have a room where somebody decided to glue a carpet to the underlying floor and I need it removed. Any ideas for a reliable, reasonably priced handyman or floor person that would come and rip out the carpet and level it off? Not too complex - just some muscle and know how.
