  I have to give a shout out to three great guys and service professionals here in Waxhaw. Came home at night to a leaking toilet that had soaked the drywall and trim. Remembered seeing the FATman Faucet And Toilet Plumbing Pro truck driving around town and in Waxhaw parades. Chris Lovick came right over. Chris called up Dan Diprima at 24/7 Property Cleaning & Restoration who really is 24/7. Used latest technology to assess water and mold damage in floor and walls. Dried us out and had us ready for repairs in no time. Joe Nalbach with J&N Renovations (who just happens to be the hubby of Lisa Reyes Nalbach also a great pro at The COLOR bar hair salon & day Spa) came behind and had the drywall and trim installed and painted next day. Chris came at 7:30 pm that night to install a new toilet to replace the cheap builder grade installed by our builder in our 5 year old home. Very professional. Very courteous. Very timely. Highly recommend them! Thanks for being such great guys! You do Waxhaw proud!
