As a MayTek Ad-Hoc support client, you will receive the same high level of service that FixedRateIT clients experience every day. You are looked after by the same expert technicians. Our dedicated team can help you improve your IT infrastructure, increase productivity and reliability of your business.
Complimentary IT support
Complementary IT is designed to partner with businesses who already have in-house IT expertise, but who still require additional resources. Our services complement your existing investment in IT resources and people by adding value.
FixedRateIT Support
Distinct from our Complimentary IT service, our FixedRateIT... show more service is designed for clients who don’t have expert in-house IT support, and who prefer to focus their energy in their core business.
FixedRateIT, is an IT partnership where MayTek proactively works in the best interest of our clients businesses, we take complete responsibility for our clients overall IT requirements. MayTek manage the daily routines of maintaining your IT infrastructure. We offer unlimited support included in the Fixed Monthly Rate. If we fail to meet the requirements of our agreed Service Level Agreement, we will give you your money back, guaranteed.
