  ISO a full time babysitter! This is going to be a tough find I think. I work 3rd shift in Greenfield at Johnson Controls. My schedule varies as far as working 5, 6, or 7 days a week at VERY short notice! I also work A LOT of 12 hour shifts and only know a half hour before my shift ends if I will be drafted over or in early. I have a 3 year old daughter and a 7 year old son. My daughters father and I have shared parenting and a very odd schedule. My grandmother helps a lot with my son but isn't able to keep up with my daughter so it will primarily be for her only.
