Dealer Service Question for Los Angeles Area 2013 V6 AC TRD 2WD Prerunner. Bought it with 17,000 miles just before new years. My Taco is running great and I commute about 24 mile a day in traffic and head up the coast every other weekend, with no (knocks on wood) problems. I'd like to keep it that way.
I think I'm due for an oil change/tire rotation. It's still under the 25000/2 year toyota care.
I've been cruising Yelp looking up service at the dealerships and found nothing but nightmare stories. i.e., missing parts, long waits, expensive repairs on things that don't need it, scams and understaffed departments. The one thing I don't want is to come out of a simple oil change with a host of new problems or dealing with BS.
Still, if possible, I'd like to get my free oil change/tire rotate at a dealership to save some $.
So, can anyone recommend a good Toyota Service dept. here in SoCal? Failing that, maybe a trusted Tacoma mechanic in the valley?
Thanks!

If you have any issues with a dealership contact Toyota Motor Sales at tel:+18003314331 It helps to let Toyota know directly, the complaints don't go unnoticed. Remember yelp isn't that reliable for service companies outside of restaurants. No one is going to post a positive review of a Toyota Dealer. I suggest using the complimentary service since the parts will be in stock (oil and oil filter), and it will only be a half day service....for free. I do my own oil changes but on my FRS I still used the free service.
