On August 6th 2018 while getting ready to leave my driveway, I noticed I had a flat tire on my Ford escape. I called J C Mobile Mechanic at 3:30 pm to come and fix the flat. They told me that the mechanic was on another call and would get to me when he got back from that call. Dallas Cole the tech that I was talking to asked me to get the tire number from the side of the tire so they could drop by Walmart to purchase another one. At about 5:30 they (Dallas Cole and a Hispanic guy with lots of tattoos) arrived at my house to fix the flat. They had the new tire with them but they did not have the correct tools to get the old tire off the rim. They left my SUV jacked up and went back to the shop to take the old tire off the rim. At about 6:45 the Hispanic guy showed back up at my house in the company truck and put on the new tire. He told me Cole was still at the shop texting on his phone and he didn't want to wait on him any longer because he was ready to get off work and go home. Cole showed up at about 7:10 pm and handed me a bill for $350.00 for changing that flat tire. I paid the bill even though I didn't agree with it. I tried to call the company several times to complain but no one will talk to me. They tell me that the owner will call me back but he never does. I also looked up the cost of the tire that they purchased for me at Walmart. The cost was $91.00 but they charged me $150.00 for it. The invoice says they charged me for 2 hours labor but was only physically at my house changing the tire less that 30 minutes
