  I went to this website: http://www.horsesculpture.com just before beginning this flute block. Marrita Black has some great sculptures she's done. It encouraged me enough to make my own clay go-by model to follow. I took that to someone that works with horses and made the recommended changes to my model. Clay is so forgiving. It was a fun project.
