  My dad still lives in PKS. Needs two flights of wood steps replaced and some siding work on his house. Not huge job but decent amount of work. Too much for handyman. Any referrals to a reliable contractor would be appreciated. We are having trouble even getting a return call never mind a bid. Thanks.
