  Andrea S. wrote: Do not recommend this company. They came out to our rental condo to complete a repair without securing approval of the cost. After speaking with Tiffany, she denied that a request was made to get approval on the repair and did not offer any compensation. Very poor customer service, so beware before contacting them. Would not give them any stars, but the review does not allow this, so only gave them one.
