Replace an upstairs existing deck. 2. Have a concrete patio poured. Nothing fancy but about a 20×20 area. 3. Have an old 8-10 person hot tub removed off back porch and disposed of. It hasn't been run in at least 10 yrs and was broken then. We've had many people say they would do it or come check out our projects and never get back to us.
